Do you deliver internationally?

We’re really sorry, but unfortunately no. At this time we only deliver to mainland UK.

Can I return my items for a full refund?

We do not accept refunds unless your items have arrived damaged

What happens if my goods arrive damaged?

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will only take responsibility for items damaged in transit within this time. Send pictures of the damaged item to info@key2group.com

When will I receive my VAT receipt?

You will receive this enclosed with your purchased items

How do I pay?

We accept card via PayPal

How long will my items take to get to me?

We will dispatch your items within 48 hours of your order and delivery will take up to 5 working days

Is there a maximum order limit?

No. you can order as many as you like. For bulk or bespoke orders please contact our sister site info@key2uk.com and a design engineer will be in touch.
